Bershka (Spanish: [ˈbeɾʃka, ˈbeɾska]) is a clothing retailer company. It is part of the Spanish Inditex group (which also own the brands of Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Oysho, Uterqüe, Stradivarius and Zara Home).The company was created in April 1998 as a new store and fashion concept, aimed at a young target market. It now has over 1000 stores in 71 countries around the world.

An outraged shopper shared in a review "They are thieves. My daughter was given a gift voucher to use but Bershka website does not acknowledge it and customer service will not help us after 3 phone calls. My daughter loses £25 birthday money, Bershka gains £25 and gives nothing. Shocking, appalled. DO NOT BUY FROM BERSHKA !!!!!!"

"Esperienza durata un giorno tramite agenzia interinale e vi spiego la situazione.Principalmente ho lavorato come facchino o meglio magazziniere dalle 6.00 fino alle 19.00 perchè era una nuova apertura e c'era bisogno di togliere tutto il materiale rimanente dal magazzino e buttarlo. Nel frattempo arrivati i camion con i vari prodotti e sistemati nel magazzino per terra,ancora molto sporco e con tracce di calcinacci e non idoneo secondo me a un attività del genere. I colleghi e io ci siamo impegnati parecchio, ma i dipendenti e responsabili interni a sparlare dietro e intimandoci di continuare a lavorare anche quando un collega si è infortunato facendo il proprio ruolo. Da evitare o comunque chi è disposto a sopportare atteggiamenti negativi e non adatti al luogo di lavoro."

"Aquí no se valora más que vendas y repongas como cerdas. Camisetas a 3€ tops a 2€ y bragas porque las quitaron que si no... no te valoran nada como persona, no valoran tu tiempo nada dejándote sin días libres y cambiándote por la mala gestión de todo los horarios y se piensan que por darte un trabaje el cual haces por 3 te pueden usar. Inditex para mí deja mucho que desear en todos los sentidos"

"Io non capisco perché non ci sia un palnning fatto come si deve. Lo staff è principalmente nei camerini e secondo me a parer mio ne basta uno in camerino e gli altri che ordinano il reparto perché è sempre un disastro! Si ordina sempre alla chiusura e si deve stare piegati 10 minuti per ordinare un tavolo perché è un vero disastro mentre se si ordinasse spesso non ci sarebbe tutto questo caos! Organizzazione ZERO. La responsabile? Un disastro può essere capo chiunque là, se non stai simpatica a lei o le colleghe ti spinge e non è un modo di dire è è vero caccia proprio delle spinte poi per non parlare di come si tengono le grucce dei vestiti, ti vogliono sempre costringere a tenerle dal pollice dicendoti tanto viene il Vallo a tutti ma scherziamo? Io le tengo come pare a me tanto l'importante è fare il proprio lavoro no? Ho sempre tenuto ste grucce come pareva a me ma essendoci troppi problemi me ne sono andata dopo qualche settimana è una situazione ingestibile! Il turno dovrebbe finire alle 21:00 ma la responsabile non è mai pronta io più di una volta ho perso il pullman e ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora dato che poi abito fuori il mio bus finisce la sua corsa alle 21:41. Mai più!! Anche perché i miei turni sono sempre stati 12:00 - 21:00 con un'ora alle 17:00 ma saranno orari?NessunoTutti praticamente!!"

"Awful shipping service! Dpd delivered my order. I wrote the correct address, and they mistook it. I had to call endless times and send emails and ask them to change the address until the order finally arrived after 4 weeks."

"Awful experience. I had to return a purchase. I wanted to do it at the store but the option wasn't working. So selected courier. Received email confirmation that I will be sent further instructions. Never received them. Contacted customer support, awful service, said they sent the email, but they didn't. And then they wanted to leave the conversation. Don't buy online."

"I've orderd a set of shorts and top size S. Shorts came out fine, but top was faulty (bust should have been 88cm wide and it came 77cm). So insted of size S i got XXS. I needed order the new one, so i contacted customer support and asked only for a free shipping (why i should pay 5 euros for a shipping if size mistake was not my fault). Lady that talked to me was talked very rude. She suggested me to return this item for free, after i made that return- contact someone (i can't even remember who) and wait for my replacement. So all procedure should take about 3-4 weeks as i can imagine. So one week for this order to arrive and now add 3-4 more. Can i ask if any of you order the item and want to have it in 5 weeks? Who has this time? I asked only for a free shipping because time is tight and i need this thing fast, so i wanted to make a new purchase today and i need to do it because of their mistake (top that is 11cm smaller than it should have been). I don't even asked free returns. Very dissapointed in comunication of this brand."
